• Description of the service

  Mediagames is a digital subscription service that offers a variety of games, including action, adventure, puzzle, racing and strategy games through a mobile device with internet connection.

• Terms of access

  The service is available exclusively to residents of PK.

  The user must be over 18 years of age or have the permission of the line owner.

  Access may vary depending on technical availability and coverage of the Operator's network.

• Registration and subscription

  The subscription is activated after confirmation by the User through direct billing with their mobile Operator.

  By confirming the subscription, the User expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

• Tariffs and calculation

  Service cost: Master Price Point Daily PKR - 10

  Charges are made directly to the User's monthly invoice or deducted from the prepaid balance.

  Subscription automatically renews until cancelled.

• Trial period and promotions

  Certain portions of the Service may be paid for on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Payment is made in advance on a regular and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal through your account management page or by contacting support.

• Cancel subscription

  No obligation: You can cancel your subscription at any time Via Portal

• Right of refusal

  You are not bound to us by long-term obligations. You can use the subscription indefinitely, subject to the terms of the agreement. You can cancel at any time through the service settings, provided that this is done at least one full day before the renewal date. If you cancel mid-subscription, access remains until the end of the paid period or trial period. Your subscription will not automatically renew, and no further charges will be made. You can reactivate it at any time. Refunds or compensation for cancellations are generally not provided, except where required by law. If your subscription is suspended or terminated, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for unused time, fees, content, or data.

• Returns

  Payments already debited are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.

  Reports of incorrect charges should be sent to the support service or the relevant Operator.

• User responsibilities

  The User has no right to resell, distribute or transfer access to the Service.

  The service must be used legally and without fraudulent intent.

• Responsibility

  Mediagames does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Service.

  Mediagames shall not be liable for interruptions caused by the Operator, technical failures, force majeure or actions of third parties.

  The maximum liability to the User does not exceed the amount paid in the last three months.

• Intellectual property

  All materials and content available through Mediagames are the property of Mediagames or its licensors.

  The user is granted only a personal, limited and non-transferable right of use.

• Changes to the Service and Terms

  Mediagames reserves the right to change content, prices, or terms of service.

  The User will be notified of any changes to these Terms on the website or through the Operator.

• Privacy and data protection

  Mediagames processes the User's personal data (line number, IP, device information) necessary to provide the service.

  Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Suspension and termination

  Mediagames may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

• Applicable law and jurisdiction

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PK.

  Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of PK.
